30-day returns
You can return unused physical items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first with your order reference (it starts with OB-) and we will send return instructions.
Items we can't take back
- Gift cards, eGift codes, language courses and software keys once the code has been sent.
- Personal care items that have been opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Items damaged through misuse.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is our mistake.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
